January 5, 2016 – Sales Performance International (SPI) is pleased to announce the promotion of Jurgen Heyman to the position of Global Chief Operating Officer. Previously, Jurgen was the Managing Director of SPI’s European business and oversaw an important new initiative focused on customer success management.
Jurgen is also a highly skilled consultant and client relationship manager. In this role, he oversaw a number of SPI’s largest accounts.

Being based in Brussels, Jurgen spends about half of his time at SPI’s global headquarters in Charlotte, NC. He also spends considerable time working with clients globally.
